Today is my youngest daughter's 10th birthday and her dream was to swim with the Dolphins! Well, her Dad made her wish come true! He arranged for her to have some up close and personal time with "Bimini"! This will become her Science lesson for the day. She will be putting together a lapbook on her experience with the Dolphins. We will be using what she learned at Dolphin Harbor along with her science book, "Exploring Creation with Zoology 2: Swimming Creatures of the Fifth Day" by Apologia! Her sister will be joining her on this project. We have never made a lapbook, so she is really looking forward to working on it today. We will be looking for examples on "how to" on other's blogs. Suggestions anyone?

First of all, thanks for all the restaurant suggestions on my other thread. As you will see, we did not take advantage of ANY of them! It just worked out that way. We ate or snacked where we were except for two sit down meals.Our breakfast was so complete that we weren’t really hungry for much except coffee or a chocolate most of the day
